“Tcht… just you…” He muttered before returning to his position at the fence as Uri stared at Yamamoto expectantly while attempting to /not/ look like he was and faking disinterest in the other… it was a very hard thing to do but the leopard might have managed to succeed in the expression. As Uri continued to show he wanted something from Yamamoto, Gokudera was settled and leaning against the fence, cigarette between his lips as he watched Uri.
He was finding it a bit amusing to see as he could tell what his box was trying to communicate while remaining subtle about it. It was even starting his lips twitching up in a bit of a smile until he started laughing, managing to rescue his falling cigarette before it hit the ground.
“Ha ha! Uri- ha ha ha! H-he… ha…. ah ha ha ha! He…” He couldn’t help how much he was laughing at that moment… the sight… it was just too funny “H-he ha ha!! He wants you to let Jirou out!” He managed to say before his cigarette dropped from his hand as he clutched at his stomach, laughter so intense that he got a guttural growl from Uri… He knew he was going to pay for his mirth but he really couldn’t help it. It was like Yamamoto’s very presence had lifted his mood and the way Uri had been acting had just been too much for him to handle without laughing.

From the first response, Yamamoto figured his friend was going to continue his difficult-streak. So after staying against the fence a moment, he pushed himself off and moved to go visit with Uri. Usually if he gave Gokudera enough time to himself, he eventually opened up or at least managed to be somewhat sociable again. Enough to at least put up with him, anyway.
“How’ve you been, Uri? Has Gokudera snuck you anymore sushi lately?” He crouched down to the big cat’s level, petting his head some before scratching near his ears. He couldn’t help but notice the look he was giving him though, Yamamoto smiling and quirking a brow at it.
But the sudden laughter from behind them surprised Yamamoto, the brunette quickly looking over his shoulder at the sound. Gokudera was… happy?
After the initial shock of the sudden change of mood wore off, he was grinning again, unable to keep from laughing some himself. Gokudera’s laugh being as rare as it was… it was definitely contagious; a sound Yamamoto couldn’t help but enjoy. “Hahaha! Is that what’s so funny?” It explained the look he was getting, that was for sure. Reaching for the necklace around his neck, Yamamoto called out both Jirou and Kojirou, both seemingly grateful for the fresh air that greeted them. “Yo Jirou, Kojirou!” The swallow flew above them some before perching itself on Yamamoto’s shoulder, getting a smile and a gentle pet from him afterward. His akita… was a little more… enthusiastic with his greeting.
The dog practically tackled Yamamoto, licking at his face nonstop, the brunette laughing the more it went on. “Ha! I-its good to see… Jirou too! Haha!” He grabbed at his dog’s face, nuzzling him before petting him in hopes of calming him down.
“Wish I could take you two out more often around here.” A few more licks from Jirou and the akita turned to look at Uri, panting with what seemed a big smile on his face, tail wagging excitedly at spotting his good friend.
“They missed each other, huh Gokudera?” He watched as the dog moved closer to the leopard, looking like he was ready to do what he’d just done to his owner, but barely holding back. So his paw moved out, touching at Uri, as if awaiting and asking his approval.
